Preparing food during a cookery course

The school has been finished to a very high specification with the latest appliances and equipment.

There are four island cooking stations, induction hobs, ovens, an Aga and ample work surfaces. One of the stations can also be lowered to accommodate children or people with disabilities.

Each course has restrictions on the number of people that can attend in order to create an intimate atmosphere and ensure each student has one-to-one time with our Chef.

Should you wish to combine your class with an overnight stay, adjoining the cookery school is our Guest Accommodation comprising of 9 4 star en-suite bedrooms, including one with disabled facilities.

A warm welcome awaits you at Highfield Farm!
